When you submit a commission request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery emirate, and any information you provide about your commission. We collect this solely to process and deliver your commission.
How we use your information
Your information is used only to process your commission, communicate with you about its status, and arrange delivery. We do not sell your information to third parties. Ever.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, encrypted at rest. Commission reference images are stored in private, encrypted storage and deleted after commission completion.
Children's privacy
Riya's Art World is managed by a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian submit any requests on your behalf.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies required for the platform to function (authentication sessions). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
