Commission Policy

1. What you receive

Each commission is an original, hand-drawn artwork on paper. You receive the physical piece — delivered to your door across UAE. Digital copies are not included unless specifically agreed.

2. Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Riya's Art World. By purchasing a commission, you receive the physical artwork only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork commercially without written permission.

3. Pricing

Prices are provided as estimates based on size and complexity. The final price is confirmed by us before we begin. Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when your artwork arrives.

4. Turnaround time

Standard turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from approval. This may vary based on complexity and current workload. We will always communicate any delays.

5. Reference images

You may upload reference images to help Riya understand your request. These are used solely for the commission and deleted after completion. Please only upload appropriate images.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions may be accommodated at our discretion. Since each piece is hand-drawn on paper, major changes may require a new commission.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a commission before it enters 'In Progress' status. Once drawing has begun, cancellations are not accepted as the artwork is already being created.

8. Delivery

We deliver across UAE via Aramex, Fetchr, or Careembox. Shipping is included in the commission price. Delivery times vary by emirate.

9. Content guidelines

We reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. We do not draw adult content, explicit violence, or anything inappropriate. All requests are reviewed before acceptance.
